The Gloss and Co Colour Guarantee
Is the colour you've purchased online not quite what you thought? Post it back to us and we'll change it for you!!
Why? Sometimes on the internet, various devices and screens make colours look a slightly lighter or darker than they really are. We do our absolute best to showcase our beautiful colours by using natural light and minimum filters when we photograph them, but we cant guarantee how it actually appears on your screen.
But we want you to love it!!
If you have bought a colour from us and its not quite the same as the colour you thought, please just pop it in the post to us and we'll replace it with a similar shade for you free of charge! xo
We take pride in our products and beautiful packaging to ensure you are thrilled with your order, however please choose your colours and products carefully as we do not exchange if you have chosen incorrectly.
Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your products so that we can resolve any problems. Of course, we'd love to know if theres something not quite right so we can fix it.

Where your purchase is damaged during post, arrives faulty or is unusable, please return the item to Gloss & Co and a refund or exchange will be given for the full purchase amount of the item and postage. We will gladly exchange or refund for the goods and refunds will occur within 3-4 working days into the account from which the transaction was made. It is not possible for this to happen immediately because of Banking Institutional processes.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used (due to hygiene reasons), damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition.All postage and insurance costs are to be incurred by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via a Registered avenue and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Gloss & Co is not responsible for uninsured parcels lost or damaged in transit.
